Fusing Glass Micronization

Task
Micronize fusing glass (fusing – a special glass sintering and shaping technique using high temperatures) with particle sizes of 0.36 – 1.00 mm to a final size of 0.00 – 0.36 mm with zero contamination from iron particles. The resulting product should then be homogeneously mixed from micronized parts A and B.

Process and Results
After initial issues with minor iron contamination and adjustments to the production line, several tons of provided material were micronized without any complaints regarding processing or quality.
