1. Support for Circular Economy Projects
The circular economy is a forward-thinking economic model aimed at minimizing resource waste and maximizing the efficiency of their use. Its core principles are reuse, recycling, and the reliance on renewable energy sources. In contrast to the traditional linear model of “produce–consume–dispose,” the circular economy seeks to create a closed-loop system, where products and materials are used for as long and as efficiently as possible.
This concept is becoming increasingly significant, particularly in the context of growing concerns over sustainability and environmental protection. It is also embedded in recent waste management legislation, particularly the new Waste Act No. 185/2021 Coll., which is aligned with the European Parliament and Council Directive (EU) 2018/851.
The updated waste legislation prioritizes landfill and other forms of waste disposal as options of last resort. Accordingly, landfill fees are being steadily increased. Moreover, starting January 1, 2030, it will be prohibited to landfill any waste that can be recycled with current technological and scientific capabilities, covering most industrial waste.
This regulatory shift compels businesses to rethink their waste management strategies. It is now crucial to quickly develop solutions for recycling or repurposing waste into secondary raw materials. This requires prompt implementation of testing, analysis, and the introduction of new technologies and products to the market.
Our Offer:
Sample Preparation for Testing
We prepare test samples with consideration for the anticipated future applications of the material post-recycling. This encompasses determining the appropriate recycling technology (grinding, crushing, or a combination) and identifying the optimal particle size. Simultaneously, we will evaluate the economic conditions of recycling and estimate the production costs of the recycled material.
Analyses and Their Evaluation
We will provide all necessary analyses, such as determining the size and shape of particles, chemical composition, environmental resistance, etc. Our analytical capabilities will maximize the use of information from the tested samples. Based on these results, we will then propose the most suitable application form and method for utilizing the recycled material.
Design of Manufacturing Technologies
For industrial-scale production of recyclate, we will design modern and sustainable production technologies, that align with the principles of the circular economy, thus minimizing environmental impacts during the production of recycled materials. If you are not interested in the production and use of recycled materials, we will either ensure production on our equipment or propose another solution that suits your needs.
2. Custom Jet Milling and Crushing
Jet Milling
As specialists in jet milling, we guarantee that your material will be micronized precisely according to your requirements, both in terms of particle size and the quality of the final product. The typical size of input particles is up to 8 mm.
The output particles size can be adjusted down to a few micrometers.
Due to the varying behavior of different materials, we first conduct trial tests with smaller quantities (in kilograms) to establish the key parameters for the micronization process.
Upon successful testing, we will propose contract terms and pricing tailored to your specific needs.
We can handle batch processing from tens of kilograms to several tons, with pricing dependent on the amount processed.
Crushing
With the ability to process large input particles and adjust their size at the crusher’s output, we can crush materials into fractions according to your specifications.
The output particle size can be adjusted down to a few millimeters.
As with jet milling, we begin with preliminary tests using smaller quantities (ranging from a few kilograms to tens of kilograms) to establish optimal parameters before drafting a contract and determining pricing terms.
We offer processing services for amounts ranging from hundreds of kilograms to hundreds of tons, with pricing based on the volume of processed material.
